- Cards found inside boxes of Good Humor Ice Cream bars. There are 12 cards to the set.
- Borderless cards have black and red backgrounds with 1999 copyright at the bottom of the card. Cards return to posed shots of wrestlers from the knees up. Boxes again have cut-out paper dolls of the wrestler inserted inside the box.
- Set features the first Rock ice cream card.
- Cards are not numbered and have no information on the backs.
