– Card was released in 1996 and distributed by Up Front Sports Inc. These cards are extremely limited and were released as test market cards. No other wrestler card from the WWF were ever released by this company. It is reported that many of these cards were destroyed, so very few have ever been made available to the public.
– Card is numbered 1 in the inside, upper right corner and contains complete instructions on how to assemble on the back. A complete HBK bio is listed on the inside.
