RELEASE INFORMATION:
– Released on 10-11-2023
– There are 125 Base sets, 25 Gold Parallels sets, 10 Red Parallel Sets, and 1 Purple set.
– All 2023 Waxateria Pro Series Boxes will contain a complete 51 card base set with a guaranteed 1/1 or certified Waxateria autograph. The box will include a hot pack featuring 8 gold parallels, a red parallel, and either a sticker or autograph. Please note some hobby packs may contain both. One of the hot packs will be containing the Gummy Arts 1/1.
– Card 44 Sabu Variation:
Sabu was to be card 44 but he didn’t like the image used. It was pulled from the set and replaced with Son Of Sabu for card 44. 50 of these cards were signed and authenticated by JSA at a card signing. The cards used at the signing were a matte finish but there are glossies of this card as well. When testing the card, it was determined that autographs didn’t take to the glossy surface so we had them reprinted with a matte finish. Much of the rest of the cards were given directly to Sabu, and we have some for the vault.
Note: While the card is not in the base set, the same image is used for the Neon Green Sabu autograph.
– Sabu Test Proof:
A test proof card was created before the release of the set. There are 30 of these with the ‘Test Proof’ in yellow on the back. 15 are glossy and 15 are matte.
– Some Hot Packs will have an autograph from undistributed 2022 Waxateria Autographs. When the 2022 Waxateria PWS was released, they didn’t get some of the autographs back in time to include them in the set. These autographs were undistributed.
